The ‘New Life on the Old West’ (NLOW) project is a 3-year National Lottery Heritage Fund project which is being delivered by Cambridgeshire ACRE. NLOW will deliver wildlife habitat enhancements in green spaces and surrounding countryside within areas close to the Old West River in Cambridgeshire. We also have a diverse series of community events and a dynamic volunteering programme.

NLOW joined Celebrate the Fens last year and gave us a delightful nature event including wildflower surveying, pond dipping, creating mini bug hotels and much more.
