Chatteris is a lovely market town, nestling in the Cambridgeshire Fens and a great place to visit. It holds many delights include a museum (exhibits include bronze age weapons) and beautiful flower displays for the Town in bloom competitions displays. Chatteris, like many Fen towns use to be an island before the Fens were drained. It is reported that Chatteris was the last refuge for Boudica.
